A: All La Diva Couture's items are all brand new, in manufacturer packaging. We take pride in the fact that only the very best quality items make it onto our stock list. We deal in only High End & Quality Merchandise.

Q: What are your return and refund policies?
A: All purchases are quality and hand checked prior to dispatch. Any items returned within five days will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Please read carefully before buying or bidding. No Refunds will be given for the below reasons regardless of threats of bad feedback, this includes and is not limited to reasons such as;
It does not fit, You think another item is better than the one you purchased, The item looks better on the model than it does on you, You bought a size 10 but needed a size 12, You thought your Girlfriend/Wife would love it....
We aim to deliver top quality products to you at very affordable prices. We will strive to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one and we hope we become one of your favourite online stores. We do accept returns, but please know your measurements before bidding. We do not give refunds on items that do not fit, but we are happy to exchange them for you.
If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a refund after you have returned the item. Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
All claims for discrepancies and damages must be made within three days of receipt of the order. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All 'refused' orders will result in 20% restocking fee, or reshipping charges. Seller's responsibility ends when items are delivered to the post office.
All sales are final. If you win one of our items then you are legally obliged to pay for it.

La Diva Couture guarantees customer satisfaction with all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will do everything within reason to make it right for you.
If you choose to leave us negative feedback on eBay before attempting to resolve the problem in the above manner, we will accept this as a final resolution to the matter.
Shipping and handling price is a condition of sale.
If you place a bid - it means that you agree with all terms and conditions on this page. If you do not agree, please do not bid on our auctions.
Customer care - Please be advised that we treat all customers equally. No customer is treated differently or better just because they threaten to leave bad feedback. We rectify everything strictly based on our terms. If you do not agree to anything on our terms or auction listings please do not place your bid.
Q: Do you offer a multiple purchase discount?
A: Yes, we offer a postal discount for multiple purchases of Lingerie and Jewellery. You can calculate shipping the discount yourself by amending the details at checkout. Each additional item of Lingerie or Jewellery is just £0.50 for all UK purchases and £1.00 for most additional item outside of the UK (please see individual listings for heavier items then jewellry & lingerie). Or if you prefer for me to send you a total just email me with a "combine my purchases invoice" request.

Delivery
All items are dispatched within 24hours of payment clearance. If you pay us with a cheque please allow ten bank working days before you receive your purchase(s) include any bank/national holidays within this time.
Refunds & Returns
Items MUST be returned as received and within seven days of receipt. Items MUST be shipped back by recorded or special delivery please.
