Personalised items are all made to order and normally dispatched with 3 woring days but can take longer during busy periods, if needed quickly please check before purchase. All items are sent 1st class and we do offer combined P&P If the postage is not listed for your country please contact for a price. Returns are only accepted on personalised items if we have made a mistake with the order or the item is faulty. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer, excluding faulty goods when seller will pay return postage.
