The following are the terms & conditions between lonelec and the consumer:

Prices - The prices quoted already include VAT at the current rate.Ways of paying - We accept all the major credit/debit cards online via our secure online Merchants - Paypal. You may also pay directly by credit card. Please contact us on 0845 388 5876

Delivery Schedules - We deliver to the UK, Europe and many other other countries. UK delivery is typically next day and we dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery to Europe typically takes 2-5 days from dispatch. Goods normally require a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for dealing with the courier for re-organising delivery.

Faulty Goods & Refunds - Any faulty goods must be reported within 7 days for a full refund. Any faults reported after this time will be fixed or replaced at our discretion. All refunds will be given in reasonable time and no longer than 30 days from the date the refund is confirmed unless matters are out of our control - for instance where our merchant provider has suspected fraudulent usage. This does not affect your statutory rights. See our returns policy for more information.

Cancellation - In addition to your existing rights we offer 14 days to cancel your order. Goods must be intact and unused in their original sealed packaging and condition. The customer is responsible for the costs in returning goods and their safe transit to us.

Guarantees - All equipment sold is covered by a 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated. If you suspect an item is faulty, contact us first so we can evaluate the problem, as many times user error is reponsible. All faulty goods returned are at customer's cost. We advise that goods are returned via an insured service as customers remain responsible for goods in transit to us for damage and loss.

Unsolicited e-mail /Data protection and privacy - We will not send random and untargeted unsolicited e-mail. We will also never disclose your email to any third parties outside our company.Security - We use a secure server for receiving payments via our merchant provider - Paypal
