Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you change your mind just return the unused item within 14 days and we will refund the full product price.

Q: What if the item I receive is faulty?

A: Faulty items are extremely rare. In most cases user error is the reason for problems. We will always work with you via email to correct any issues. If all avenues have been exhausted and the goods appear to be faulty you may return them for replacement, repair or refund (depending on time period). This does not affect your stautory rights

Q: Do you discount shipping for more than one item?

A: Yes, you pay the highest postage for any single item and then a discounted price for every additional item. If you should ever have a problem when checking out, just drop us a line and we will send you a proper invoice for your goods including the discounted postage.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Most orders arrive next day (within standard postal delivery days). If you require guaranteed next day delivery please contact us first. Always check each specific item to see which postal options are available. All goods are sent out via a signed for service unless otherwise stated. Delivery to Europe typically takes between 2 to 5 working days. Some European countries can take much longer, such as Italy.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A: Each item has it's own postage and packing charge. We also provide a discount when ordering more than one item. You pay the highest postage of any one item and then a discounted price for every extra item.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: By default we ship to the UK and Europe but we can also ship to various other countries around the world. If you require a quote for a certain country not listed please contact us.

Q: Do we sell equipment to alter mileage?

A: No, we do NOT sell any hardware involved in altering vehicle mileage.

Q: Is this equipment compatible with my vehicle?

A: All compatibility is quoted within the item sale page. Please always read it carefully. Anything not there, please contact us by clicking on the 'Ask a question' link at the bottom left of every listing.
