
(1) Postage,
All Parcels under 4kg are sent using Royal Mail. If your item does not arrive within the stated time please allow up to 15days before contacting us, as this is the time required by Royal Mail before we can file for loss or damage. Royal Mail is a third party and therefore lmr can not be held responsible for any problems caused by Royal Mail, however lmr will replace or refund any purchases that have been lost by Royal Mail. If you do require a purchase to be delivered with next day guarantee please contact us before completing checkout and we will send a revised invoice with the postage adjusted for Royal Mail Special Delivery(as this is the only service they offer which is guaranteed next day delivery). Please note Royal Mail only operate on business working hours, that is monday to friday, they do not operate on weekends or bank holidays. Any orders/purchases placed on weekends or bank holidays will be posted on the next available day.
(2) Stock levels,
All items lmr has listed on ebay are available and in stock, however occasionally an item can become out of stock due to demand. If this is the case we will have already placed an order or will be placing and order with our suppliers to replenish stock. This should not delay your order any more than a couple of days. If however it is going to be longer we will of course email you to let you know.
(3) Special orders,
If you require something that is not listed please contact us and we can see what we can do. Lmr is also happy to supply bulk orders and can offer competative discounts. Please email us for details.

Faulty incorrect or damaged goods,
In the unlikely event that your order is
received faulty, incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately. We will ensure your product is repaired, replaced,
partly refunded or fully refunded solely at our discretion within a reasonable
period of time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
(5) Printing and pricing errors,
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price
due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, we have the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been
confirmed.
(6) Complaints procedure,
In the event that we fail in meeting our high
standards of customer service please don't hesitate to contact
liquidmetalrefinement directly. We are only human and we do, although
unintentional, occasionally make mistakes. Whatever the circumstances we will
make every reasonable effort to keep you happy and retain your much valued
custom.
(7) Feedback,
Lmr is very proud of its 100% feedback score and we work very hard to maintain this by providing superb products and excellent customer service. If you are anything other that 100% happy with your purchase(s) please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Also the 5 star rating sytem affects us as a buisness.
