Terms & Conditions of Use Agreement
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM US.
We maintain this eBay shop as a service to our customers, and by purchasing from our eBay shop you are agreeing to comply and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms & conditions, you should not review information or obtain goods from this eBay shop/listing.
1. Acceptance of Agreement. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms & Conditions of use Agreement ("Agreement) with respect to our eBay shop and its listings (the "E Shop" & "Listing"). This agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement, representations, warranties & understandings with respect to the E Shop & Listing, the content, products or services provided by or through the E Shop/Listing, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest agreement will be posted on the E Shop & our Listing, and you should review this Agreement prior to purchase.
2. Availability. In the event that goods ordered are not available & we are unable to fulfil your order it will be cancelled and any payment refunded. You will be notified of this by e-mail which will include your refund details. Where an order cannot be fulfilled because the goods ordered are not available we make no guarantee that further stock will become available at a later date, or at all. All sizes and prices are updated on a daily basis.
3. STUDENT DISCOUNTS
We do not offer a student discount on our web site.
4. Returns. If you wish to return your purchase it must be in as supplied condition with original box and MUST contain your original packing slip, within 14 days of it being delivered. On receipt we will refund your PayPal account. Please note we do not offer a paid returns service. You will need to arrange and pay for the returns method of your choice for correctly supplied, unwanted items. Please also note if you require an alternative product you will need to place a new order as your original order will be refunded upon return. We do not operate an exchange service. 5. If we have made a mistake, please contact us via eBay messages so we can sort out the problem immediately.
6. Unfortunately but we can’t take back used goods which are unsuitable or do not fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.
