You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange. All we ask is the returns must be within 14 days of delivery and for the goods to be returned in the exact same condition that they were sent - unworn, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please email us via ebay so we can expect delivery stating your purchase and reason. Please include your invoice number in your returns package to speed your refund. *PLEASE NOTE* We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs. Please send details with the item such as your name, username, and the item number.
