Izziwotnot Furniture Delivery & Assembly Service
UK Mainland Only
All Izziwotnot Furniture will be shipped at the normal shipping rates as stated on Ebay, however we cannot offer the option of next day delivery. Standard Delivery time on Izziwotnot Furniture is 4 - 6 weeks.
Our Assembly Service starts from £35 for one item, £45 for two items and £55 for three or more items to be assembled (Prior to delivery taking place). This service will allow you to have Izziwotnot Furniture items being delivered to be assembled at the same time. The assembling of furniture will take place in the customer's preferred room and all packaging will be taken away for recycling.
Northern Ireland and Eire
Izziwotnot Furniture delivery charge for a single item is £35. Larger furniture deliveries are charged at £75 per pallet. Our assembly service is not available in this area.
All Other Areas
Unfortunately Izziwotnot Furniture Delivery and Assembly Service is not available for overseas customer’s.
Once the goods are ready for delivery, our team will contact the customer again to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please note, although our sales team do try to give an indication of an approximate delivery date when requested, this date can be subject to change until the delivery time has been confirmed directly with the customer by a member of our dispatch team.

Curtain Poles, Tracks & Blinds Delivery Service
Curtain Poles & Tracks
All curtain poles and tracks must be inspected at the point of when the courier is delivering the item. Before signing for the goods, please inspect the item and the packaging and if the item or packaging is damaged, please inform the courier and sign and ensure that you have ticked the damaged box on the couriers hand held device or paper work. If this fails to be done, we will not be able to accept the item back as damaged.
All blinds must be inspected within 24 hours. Any faults with the product must be be reported immediately. Please inspect the item and the packaging and if the item or packaging is damaged, please inform Linens Limited and if this fails to be done, we will not be able to accept the item back as damaged.
Returns & Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order simply let us know in writing, by email or call us on 0800 389 0059 within 7 days of receipt to organise a return.
After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods along with a note outlining the reason for the return.
You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. Goods returned to us without a returns authorisation number will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
Linens Limited will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the returning of goods to us. The condition of the goods will remain soley the customer's responsibility until goods have been booked in and assessed by Linens Limited.
- Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
- Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
Curtain poles are not subject to this policy and are non-returnable
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
- Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition:
You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
- Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition:
we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- All Curtain Poles, Tracks, Blinds, Rugs or Accessories returned for a general refund will be charged a handling fee of 15% off the product price:
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition. Goods will not be accepted back if they are not in a resellable condition.
