!!!!!ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I pay a monthly fee in order to offer insurance on first class international (so YOU DO NOT have to pay extremely high shipping charges to get the insurance), so in the event of a lost package, I must have the buyer's cooperation to file the claim, or I lose the money too. When you buy, you are agreeing to my store policies. You agree that IF your package would get lost, you will not file with Ebay or Paypal, and WILL cooperate with the insurance company. Lost packages are very, very rare but CAN happen, which is why I pay extra each month, to offer insurance! Also, a lost or delayed package is NOT grounds for bad feedback either - we have NO control over this and I do warn international buyers about these delays! Canada's customs is very slow but unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about this & many sellers have stopped shipping to Canada due to delays & then the buyer blames the seller which is not right.

IF PAYPAL SHOWS YOUR PAYMENT as not eligible for seller protection, this means that they recommend the seller NOT ship the item, so I will have to refund the payment and do a mutual withdrawal of the transaction. I am sorry, but Paypal RARELY will show a status like this, so there is a good reason they will not offer seller protection (there is also NO buyer protection). Please understand that we have no control over this, so it should NOT be reflected in our feedback in a negative way (this includes no neutral feedback). In fact, no feedback should be left at all.
REGARDING SHIPPING TIMES: I am shipping almost every day of the week, except Sunday. I MUST prepare the packages, the evening in advance of the mailing date, so packages paid for VERY late in the evening, will NOT ship the following day - it will be the day after this. So all packages ship within 2 to 48 hours during WEEKDAYS. You may combine auctions for 7 days ONLY, IF still buying, then payment is due immediately when that last auction ends and you must inform me that you are still bidding/buying, please.

^^^^^The detailed seller rating system (star chart) is for rating THE SELLER ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THEIR AUCTIONS, NOT FOR RATING THE POST OFFICE OR CUSTOMS OR THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER (the fees we pay are also described here). If you are someone who gives all average marks, please be aware of how Ebay is now using these rating scores. Anything less than a 5, & our Ebay fees will be higher & now Ebay will even permanently suspend sellers, who do not maintain an ABOVE AVERAGE RATING IN EVERY CATAGORY! Buyers do not understand that average/above average, actually means there was a problem, according to Ebay!!! For any catagory, 5 should be given unless there is a REAL problem (again, if the terms of the auction state your auction will ship on a certain day and I ship it on this day, then the rating you should give IS A 5, NOT an "average" or 3 or 4, just because you normally give all average ratings). SEE DATE ON POSTAGE LABEL TO SEE WHEN I SHIPPED! Shipping prices include postage, delivery confirmation and shipping supplies (international includes $2 per $100 of value for insurance too) - see link at top of this page, "how to have a smooth transaction" for important information. The shipping charges includes more than just the actual postage and 2.99 is NOT high for a lipstick or eye shadow! In addition, we pay a monthly Ebay store fee (I pay 2 of them), listing fees, 12% final value fee on ea item, Paypal fees are .30 cents plus 3% of the total payment (plus another 3.5% on international payments & another .50 cents for any e-check received), plus I pay a monthly fee to Endicia to print most of my postage/labels & insure international packages - and there are MORE costs that sellers incur to sell on Ebay (see that link I recommended). Lastly, Paypal sends buyers a payment notification AND shipping notification, with tracking, and we pay them WELL to do this for us, so communication should be a 5 (I ALWAYS respond to emails, so if you don't get a reply, check your junk mail or request my contact information because maybe your email system is not allowing the emails due to security or problem occur if you have AOL). I also send all international buyers, a shipping notification, when I ship (because Paypal doesn't do this for international buyers since I use a private service for you), so watch for this and don't just delete the notice, then say that I didn't communicate shipping! So please keep in mind that if you give less than a 5 in any catagory, be sure there was a reason for it (real problem) or our fees are higher & we will not be allowed to list new items if we drop below 4.8 in ANY catagory (4.8 is almost perfect). LASTLY, I pay retail price plus tax and shipping for my items - plus the fees as mentioned above, and much more! Many items are priced below my cost, but I try to make up for this loss, by having higher prices on other items (like rare and limited edition items - and I try to set those prices, close to what other sellers are selling them for). My profit margin is very, very slim and many times I end up in the "red" (a loss). So for those who think that Ebay is just for buying items at a discount, please keep all of this in mind (I would LOVE to be able to buy some of these rare & limited edition items on Ebay, very cheap too, but I can't - and I must buy retail, so I can't sell them cheap). I am sorry for so much information, but it has become necessary. I am really not a rude person, and hope I do not sound this way - but I must be stern because some buyers are not reading any of this information or they ARE reading it, but are still giving very low ratings. **ALSO, some items are listed BELOW MY COST (remember the fees Ebay & Paypal takes too), but some must be above my cost, in order to make up for the losses on the lower priced items. I also use similar items on Ebay as a price guide & am usually lower (beware of fakes with low prices from other Ebay sellers). I want EVERY transaction to be a great one for you - AND for me. I am a very honest seller, and expect to have honest buyers. Please, if you are not honest, go buy from someone with poor feedback who doesn't care if they do a good job. I work too hard to be the seller, that I would want to buy from myself!
