Frequently Asked Questions
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: All goods to be returned in 14 days. Non function will be refunded plus postage paid, unwanted good will be refunded but postage will not be paid and a 20% restocking charge will apply. We do not refund if lost in the post.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: We do but as we sell a wide and varied range of items, it’s difficult to combine prices due to the e-bay software works. So if you buy 2 or more items from the shop, do not pay for them instantly, please Email us and we will get back to you with the best price or prices dependent on what is being shipped.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Small items are sent 2nd class mail, larger items, 1kg plus, are sent by DHL, generally a 48 hour delivery service(ie. 2 working days, monday- friday). We will advise you by Email of your tracking number and web site details from where you can view your purchases progress.
 Q: Can I collect in person?
  A: Yes you can collect any item from us please see our office hours for our opening times. Postage will not be charged and any paid will be refunded through Paypal.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: We do ship some items outside of the UK depending on the weight of the items. However we do not ship photo albums outside of the UK.
 Q: Office hours
  A: Our trading hours are 9-5pm Monday – Thursday, 9-3pm Friday, although we work most weekends it may not always be possible to answer all the e-bay inquiries until Monday morning.
 Q: What happens if something is lost in the post
  A: If an item is lost in the post we are unable to take any action unitl 15 working days (3 weeks) have passed from the date of dispatch. Any claim submitted can take 4-8 weeks to conclude or longer from the date the claim has been submitted. We do not make the claim, but we will provide you with all the infomation you require.
