WHEN YOU BUY THIS ITEM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. PAYMENT:

• From UK Buyers: I accept PayPal, Postal Orders, Personal Cheques and Direct Bank Credit/Transfer.
• From Overseas Buyers: I only accept PayPal.

Payments must be received within 5 working days of purchase.  

2. SHIPPING:

Dispatch Times.

Purchases bought and paid for by PayPal or Postal Order (upon receipt): 

• Monday to Friday (before 3.00pm): will normally be posted on the same day.
• Friday (after 3.00 pm), Saturday, Sunday: will normally be posted on the following Monday.

Purchases bought and paid for using other methods of payment:

• items will be dispatched once the payment has cleared

Shipping Costs:

The buyer pays actual shipping cost plus a contribution towards packing and packaging which varies depending on the weight and size of order to be sent. 

Packaging:

All purchases are plainly wrapped and do not indicate on the outside of the package what the contents are. All items are packed as we would like to receive them - secure and well-protected, using padded bubble-wrap envelopes. All our condom packs or mixed packs containing condoms come with an instructional leaflet on use.  

3. PRIVACY and FEEDBACK POLICY:

In order to maintain your privacy all our listings are set at PRIVATE. Furthermore we will only provide feedback if you provide feedback first.

4. RETURNS POLICY: 

• If you wish to make a return then you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your purchase.

• Any purchase returned must be received by us within 14 calendar days of you receiving the purchase.

• Please note that we do not refund any postal charges incurred by the buyer in returning a purchase.

• Any requests received for a refund will normally be processed on the same day as a returned purchase is received.
