Body Piercing Jewellery is exempt from our no Quibble Returns Policy, this is for hygiene reasons, BUT, if you are dissatisfied with your item, or feel it is not as described, please email us to discuss, we will always happily deal with any queries you have.
If, your item arrives damaged you must notify us straight away, please do not wear the item, as this has to be returned to us. In this instance, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
For damaged/faulty Items all return postage costs will be refunded to the buyer. If we agree to a return for any other reason, then the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
