Pleated Top Dupioni Silk Curtains: These are Curtains that have pleats at regular interval on the top. These Curtains are fully custom made in ANY Size (Measurements) / Color / Top / Lining of your choice.
Pleated Top Choices are: French Pleat (Triple Pinch Pleat) / Double Pinch Pleat / Goblet Pleat / Persian Pleat / Pencil Pleat / Box Pleat / Inverted / Diamond Pleat etc…
The Basic list price is for one panel of curtain in finished width 25 inches X 85 inches drop length (As these are Pleated we use double width of fabric to make the pleats, So the ungathered width or width at bottom will be 50” for this panel), backed with cotton lining. You need to order 2 of these panels to make a pair.

Simple way to Measure any Pleated Curtains: Width = Length of the Curtain Track or Rod (from one end to the other end).
Length = Measurement from the Curtain Track or Rod till the floor or where you want your curtains to end.
Width of Pleated Top Curtains: You should add 4 inches to the curtain rod length & divide it into two (example: If the curtain rod is 74 inches, then you should order 39 inches X 2 Panels, we will add the necessary width for the pleats & fullness.
Length of Curtains: If you want normal curtains unto the floor, please measure from the Curtain Track or Rod till the floor, this is the length for your curtains.
If you want curtains to tail on the floor add 2 inches to 4 inches extra length. And if you want the curtains to pool on the floor or with puddle or bulky bottom, you should add 12 inches to 14 inches extra length.

Linings Choices :

  • If you want to block sun light or if you want your room to be dark, you should order curtains backed with black out lining.
  • If you live in a very cold place you can order interlining curtains. Interlining makes your curtains look thick & lluxurious.
  • If you live in very clod place & you want your room to be fully dark you can order interlining curtains backed with blackout lining

    Silk Curtain Care:

     

    Since silk is made of natural fibers it should always be dry cleaned only, also avoid continues exposure to direct sunlight.

    All though full care is taken while shipping your order, there are possibilities of your curtains getting few crush marks or wrinkles, so we request you to please iron the curtains before hanging them.

    As the process is fully manual (dew to over sight ) there may be very light marks (chalk marks) at the back or heading of the curtains, which is not a defect this will go off when scrubbed lightly.

    All our silk products carry a silk mark label which ensures that the silk used is pure silk, all merchandise is inspected for quality and defect before shipping. If there should be an mistake by over site, you are welcome to return the merchandise within 3 days for exchange.
