Payment
PayPal is our preferred payment method and we are unable to accept any other form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion.
Discounts
If you are purchasing multiple items then please make sure to use the eBay shopping basket otherwise you will not receive any discounts that may be on offer and such discounts cannot be offered retrospecively.
Shipping
Courier and Signed For Deliveries
Most orders will be shipped by courier. Any orders offering Royal Mail delivery may be upgraded to courier at our sole discretion. You are responsible for ensuring someone will be available to sign for the delivery. With such deliveries a specific date or time cannot be arranged due to the carriers method of operation. If the item is returned to us undeliverable you will be responsible for our costs and a further payment will be due before re-delivery will be attempted.
Geographic Restrictions
Delivery is available to most UK destinations including Northern Ireland. Exclusions include BFPO, PO Boxes, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and postcodes ZE KW HS. We do not offer a service to any other country.
Goods Damaged in the Post
If the goods or package arrives damaged please notify us immediately and retain all packaging as this may be required for investigation by the carrier when a claim is made.
Non-Delivery
Orders sent by courier are tracked and so delivery can be verified online. With Royal Mail their policy is that no claim for loss will be considered until 14 days after posting so please be patient as we are unable to launch any investigation with the Royal Mail until after this time.
Terms of Sale
All goods are new and unused unless otherwise stated.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Virtually all deliveries are trouble free but if you should have any trouble please read the notes below.
Faulty Goods
If the supplied goods are faulty we will replace or refund at our discretion. In some cases we may ask you to return the goods to us, if we do then we will pay for the return postage.
Changed Your Mind?
You are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations if purchasing as a consumer and we give you 10 days following the day received to change your mind about your purchase. If you change your mind please let us know and then return the goods when asked. You are responsible for the goods until they are returned to us safely. The goods must be unopened, unused and undamaged. We will refund the cost of the goods, you are responsible for the return postage.
