If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives, we offer a 7 day returns policy, simply contact us and return the unwanted product in it’s original condition to the address on your invoice within 7 days of your receipt and we will issue a replacement or refund. Exchanges When returning an unwanted product, please include a note stating your name, address and product number of the item you are returning. You will also need to state which size, colour and design you would like to exchange for. There will be an additional postage fee to send your new order which may vary depending on which country the new order is to be sent to. Once we have received the returned item, your new T-shirt will be posted. Refunds If returning a product for a refund, please include a note stating your name, address and product number of the item to be returned. Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued to the Paypal account used to make the intial payment. Please note: Once an order has been posted we are unable to refund postage costs. -Items returned must be unworn and in their original condition or they will not be accepted. |
