Some of our pieces may 'look old' but they are made to look that way in special reproduction and antiqueing processes. | A:No, sorry. We do not sell more than one item at a time. Some of my items are listed weekly. If you would like more than one you may bid again the following week or purchase an additional item in my ebay store. However, product stock is not guaranteed. |

| A:Items are shipped via USPS or UPS on Tuesdays & Fridays. Most items are shipped via first class mail or priority mail which takes anywhere from 2-5 days depending on the postal service. !NOTE! Heavy items & some combined shipping packages are sent via UPS which may take 7-10 days to arrive. Thanks! |

| Q:My package hasn't arrived... what should I do? |

| A:Please wait. 1st class & priority mail usually arrives within a week after shipping, however there are times when it takes longer. Parcel post and UPS (any combined shipping package or heavy item) can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks or more. Please be patient! If after this time your package has still not arrived e-mail us and we will trace it. |
| Q:Can I get my package faster? |

| A:No, sorry. We do not do any expedited shipping or overnight delivery & shipping dates are estimated not guaranteed. |
| Q:Do I have to pay for insurance? |

| A:No, we are now offering a safe shipping promise. Included in your purchase is our promise that if your package does not arrive safely we will either refund, replace, or discount your purchase. |
| Q:My package arrived damaged... what do I do now? |

| A:All you have to do is e-mail me a photograph of the damaged item and I can send you a replacement or paypal refund today. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it in 7-14 days for a full refund. Once item is returned in resalable condition you will receive a refund through paypal. No check or money order refunds will be given. If returned item is damaged no refund will be given. |
