I have been making hand knitted baby clothes for quite some time now, it just started as a hobby, but then I found that I had a demand for hand knitted items.
That in itself caused a problem as I lived in the middle of the countryside with no buses, no shops, basically just farmland. I resorted to buying from the internet but I found it very hard to find places that sold the sort of items I was looking for in suitable quantities and at reasonable prices.
Next came the bright idea of trying to sell the wool and trimmings that I use, and once again that seems to be working.
I must admit I am not looking to make a lot of money in fact on some items I just about break even but just because some of my prices are quite cheap it does not mean that my items are poor quality
So now I (which has become we, as my husband helps out when needed)
