Abysmal quality of service from the chosen courier DX- absolutely no support or contact wasted 3 days for me.
The sellers support and fast response to chasing the delivery issue was first class and definitely not the sellers fault.
In addition the sellers response to the wrong instructions being included was faultless and fast being resolved by special delivery next day. I have yet to erect the shed but it is complete and exactly as described. A benchmark for service on Ebay Many Thanks .

Very happy with the shed and the seller, really the best value shed I could find! The shed arrived next day by DX and was in excellent condition despite being listed as a 'B grade' return - just some very minor scratches to a few of the green panels but otherwise like new. There were no parts missing and the instructions were included. It was quite a lot of work to build but Discount Sheds Direct make this very clear on the listing! All in all an entirely positive experience :)

I have not yet assembled the shed. The delivery service was first class and the owner of the company was very helpful, he recommended was aspect of shed erection thar was nor mentioned in the instruction. The recommendation was not to tighten all of the fixing screws that hold the side panels until the roof was in position.
