Postage and Payment
Your item will be dispatched as soon as we receive payment. If paying by cheque your purchase will be dispatched when the funds have cleared.
Standard post and packaging for the UK is £1 on most orders, differing values will be detailed on the item page.
Postal Insurance
Postage insurance is optional and strongly recommended as we are not responsible for items that go missing in the post. If you want insurance please select the add option when you pay, it is charged at £0.75 per order regardless of the number of items bought. This give insurance cover up to a value of £32.
For purchasers outside the UK we accept payment by PayPal only. Please e-mail for postage costs.
Look out for our special p&p discounts and for some items free postage in our shop. This offer applys to orders in the UK only.
Returns Policy
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on knickers unless in the unlikely event that they are faulty.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
