However we recognise that things sometimes go wrong, either we make a mistake or something happens beyond our control. Please do give us the chance to put it right. 3.Returns Policy

As a registered business both with eBay and HMRC you can be assured that your online BuyitNow purchase is covered by UK Distance Selling Regulations and you can return any item within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund. All we ask is that you let us know that you are returning an item and send it with your details so that we can refund the correct customer. Shop with confidence.

4.Speedy Despatch.

Once cleared payment is received we aim to get your item to you as soon as possible.

We despatch every working day including Saturday. Our post is collected at 2pm. (Saturday post goes at 1030am) Orders received after this will be despatched the following working day. I usually use Royal Mail and their despatch time does vary, but any problems give me a shout.

5.Shipping/Combined shipping

Most of our items are free post, but where we charge postage it is always at bare minimum Royal Mail/carrier charge. International postage is based on weight at Royal Mail rates. I do not charge for packaging, travel, time as some private sellers do. Ebay don’t allow combined shipping on Free Post items, so I usually upgrade to 1st class post in lieu of discount.

6.Packaging

Items will always be packaged securely in new, coloured plastic bags. Excessive packaging and hangers will be removed to enable competitive postage rates.

7.Gift wrapping is available at a nominal cost, just ask.

8.At any time, not all out stock is listed on ebay, so if you are looking for something in particular or a certain size/ design please do ask and we will get back to you as possible. (please be aware that ebay messages are sometimes slow to come through so if you haven’t had a reply in 24 hours have a go at resending just in case we haven’t received the message)

9.International Shipping

We are always happy to ship worldwide, just drop us an email for competitive International postage. We ship at Royal Mail rates/weights so any queries do ask, always happy to advise on price/customs etc.
