| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:I accept returns for a full refund if you notify me and send back your item in unused condition within 14 days. If the good are found to be faulty or not as described then please email me and I will arrange a full refund on return of the item. The buyer assumes responsibilty for the cost of returning the item to me. Please email if any questions. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:YES!!!
If you buy and pay for more than one item at the same time then I do not charge any extra postage after the first shipping charge!!
For example : Buy three necklaces at the sametime and you want them posted to the UK then the shipping charge is only £1.00!

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:If you are in the UK then you can expect your order within 3 working days ( not guaranteed ).
If you are in Europe then you can expect your order within 7 working days ( not guaranteed ).
Worldwide countries outside of the UK/Europe i.e USA can expect their items to arrive between 7-21 working days depending on your countries postal service. |

| A:Postage within the United Kingdom is sent 1st class large letter £1.00
Postage for outside of the UK ( Europe and Worldwide ) is £2.50 and is sent via Royal Mail international post.
Insured signed for shipping is also available:

International signed for post is £5.00 |
