| Q:What is the difference between Rustic and Prime worktops? |
|
| A:The main differences are between the colour variation and distribution of the staves, and obviously the price.
Rustic has more colour variation between the staves and more natural features. The stave distribution is more random, creating a worktop very full of character. Prime has less colour variation and is in general far more uniform. |
| Q:What is your combined worktop delivery cost? |
|
| A:Our combined delivery cost is £30 for the first worktop and £15 for each additional worktop. Accessories, including oil and upstands, are delivered free of charge with any worktop and these can be ordered from us directly on 01452 725145.
Please request an invoice from us after purchasing to ensure the correct postage charge is on your order. |
| Q:How do I pay by debit/credit card? |

| A:Please call us on 01452 725145 if you wish to pay by card. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro. |
| Q:When will my worktop arrive? |
|
| A:Delivery must be confirmed by telephone and can be as soon as 2 working days after purchase. Please ensure you provide us with a daytime contact number or call us after purchasing to book a suitable delivery date. We cannot despatch items until a delivery date has been confirmed by telephone. |
| Q:Can I buy more than one of this item? |
|
| A:Yes, all of our listings are available as buy-it-now listings in our eBay shop so you can purchase multiple quantities if required. |
| Q:Do you offer samples of your worktops? |
|
| A:Samples cost £5 for a 200mm x 150mm x 40mm section to cover the cost of the timber and delivery, and this cost is refunded on a one-for-one basis from any future worktop order. Please give us a call on 01452 725145 if you wish to order a sample. |
| Q:What are your Premium Oak worktops? |
|
| A:Premium Oak is similar to Rustic Oak, however it is constructed from 20mm wide staves, whereas the Rustic and Prime have 40mm wide staves. For reference, staves are the individual pieces of timber that the worktops are constructed from. |
| Q:Can you manufacture splashbacks to my exact requirements? |
|
| A:It is not possible to cut our glass splashbacks to size as they are manufactured from toughened glass, and therefore we cannot make these to measure. We only supply the sizes and colours listed in our eBay shop.
We can manufacture bespoke stainless steel splashbacks and upstands so please contact us for a quote. |
| Q:What delivery services do you offer? |
|
| A:Small items such as splashbacks and jigs are sent on a 9am-5pm service with FedEx. If we receive your order before 12noon, it will be despatched on the same day on a next-day service.
Worktop deliveries are from 9am-5pm and the courier will need help offloading. Timed and Saturday deliveries are available - please contact us for prices. |
