If you’re having a problem with your purchase, we always ask that you contact us to resolve any problems before leaving feedback. We will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your order. As a seller we’re able to provide technical advice and we have knowledge of all the products available on the eBay store. In the first instance please refer to the manufacturers instructions and help guides. Just e-mail us through the message centre, or us the 'Ask a question' at the bottom of the product listing. We recommend calling our UK call centre us on 0844 335 6459 to see if the problem with the product can be resolved.
If your product is faulty
If your product is faulty please let us know as soon as you can. We can provide technical support or refund any product purchased through the eBay store. Please get in touch with us directly via the ‘contact us’ section of our eBay store, product listing or through our UK call centre on 0844 335 6459.
Our products marked as “new” have a 12 month warranty. If your product develops a fault within that 12 month period call our UK call centre on 0844 335 6459 and we will send an engineer to investigate. You may also be offered a refund or exchange in the unlikely event that the product cannot be fixed.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order up to seven days after delivery, as long as you’ve not used it, you can still cancel your order up to seven working days from the day it arrived.
You can return something big like a dishwasher or a fridge, just call our UK call centre on 0844 335 6459 and we’ll get it picked up.
Changing your mind (after seven days)
If your product is brand new, unused and the box is unopened we'll give you a full refund. Give our UK call centre a ring on 0844 335 6459 and we'll have it collected.
One more thing. If anything’s missing - like the remote control, leads or manuals - we can’t take your order back. So make sure you hang on to everything that came with it.
There are certain types of Goods that you won't be able to cancel. These include:
- Goods made to Your personal requirements;
- DVDs, CDs, computer/console games, software, minidiscs or memory cards where the seal has been broken;
- Personal hygiene products where the seal has been broken, such as electric razors/earphones
Your PayPal account will be refunded once we have received and inspected your returned item. In order to prevent any potential retail fraud, products must be received for Sellers to have visibility of the returned item before refunds are given. We will email you once the item has been processed and inspected and your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that your refund will show immediately within your PayPal account, however it can take up to 30 days for a refund to appear on your statement if you paid by credit card.
