Multiple Items
We will always strive to reduce the postage charges for multiple items. Once you have selected you items please send us a request for an amended invoice, this can usually be found on the automated winning buyer notification sent out by EBay. Please note this must be done before any payment has been made as we are unable to reverse payments. Postage charges are calculated on the weight of items purchased but also include a charge for packaging and handling.
Payment We prefer payment by PAYPAL but we will also accept personal cheque payments and postal orders. Please note if paying by personal cheque item(s) will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared. All items/bids must be paid for within seven days after the auction has ended. If there should be a delay in payment please e-mail us. In cases of non payment, you will receive two reminders for payment, after this we will have no option but to start a dispute for non-payment which may result in an Unpaid Item Strike against you.
Dispatch Of Your Order Our aim is to send out orders paid for by 1pm, Monday to Friday, on the same day. However at busy periods this may not always be possible and may take up to 2 working days to be processed .If there is to be a significant delay in posting your order we will e-mail you. All items are posted using the Royal Mail (larger and heavier items may be posted by courier) and proof of posting is always obtained. All items are sent well protected in quality packaging. We will not be responsible for any items that go missing once they have been posted. We will be happy to help with claiming for lost or missing post however we will not automatically issue a refund. Please be aware that we try to keep postage charges to a minimum however the charge not only includes the actual cost of posting but also packaging, admin, time and fuel to get items to the Post Office.
Returns Policy
We appreciate that it is not always easy to judge the suitability of a product online therefore we operate a 7 day returns* policy. If for any reason, when you receive your item, you find it not suitable/ wrong size/ etc. Please e-mail us and post it back within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for an exchange or refund. Please note all return postage costs and the postage costs of replacement items must be paid by you unless the original item is faulty. In the case of an error in a listing or faulty product, we will send a replacement item or provide a full refund once we have received the returned item(s). Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving.
Feedback Policy Feedback will be left after cleared payment has been received. At Kit 4 Kats we pride ourselves in providing a first class service. If your buying experience with us is less than perfect please e-mail us directly so that we may resolve the problem for you and improve future service for others. If you have any problem with your order, we ask that you please contact us first and give us the opportunity to rectify the problem BEFORE leaving us negative feedback.
