Everything we sell is 100% genuine. It is customer's responsibility to check descriptions fully especially with regard to size, weight, measurement, volume and colour or shade. Please be aware that colours may vary in reality from what you see on your computer screen as individual monitors vary greatly.

'GWP'/Not for individual resale products:
Some items are 'GWP' (Gift with Purchase) which means they were originally part of a gift set but are being sold here individually. These items may have the words 'not for individual resale' on them or occasionally are marked as 'testers'. By buying you are confirming that you have read all item descriptions fully and understand and are, therefore, aware of this fact. We make every effort try to ensure these items are clearly described as such where this is the case so, again, please read the item description.

 

I accept payments via Paypal only.

Paypal usually is fast, but please be aware if you choose to pay with an e-cheque (rather than a credit card) it can take up to 10 days to clear.

 

 

I go to the post office every week day and sometimes on Saturdays (though please be aware that days out in school holidays might interfere with this schedule now and then!) and I do my utmost to post the day your money clears so your purchase has the best chance of reaching you as quickly as possible. Items are sent using Royal Mail first class and usually take 1-2 days to arrive, however please be aware Royal Mail can, on occasion, take longer unfortunately.

Returns:
All items are new and unused (purchased from wholesalers) and from a smoke and pet free home.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and for obvious hygiene reasons please return items  unopened and unused. In the event you wish to return an item please email me via eBay “contact seller” before setting off to the Post Office and when you post please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting (free from the Post Office) in case your item goes missing or is damaged on its journey back to me.

Please note you are liable for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty) but, on the item’s safe return to me, you will be reimbursed your original purchase price including the p&p.
