| A:If I find that the amount of postage you have been charged is £1.00 or more over what is need then I will refund the difference |

| A:I will alway combine postage when I can. Please request total when you've completed your purchases |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if unhappy with your purchase. If bought by buy it know, you can return your item without quibble, for full refund. If bought at auction, please contact me first to discuss.
All items to be returned by recorded delivery, postage will only be refunded if item is faulty. |

| A:I will always combine postage whenever possible, please contact me prior to purchase if you require a quote for postage.
After postage please request a revised invoice and I will amend the postage costs accordingly |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Whenever possible I will always post items within 1-2 working days after purchase.
In most cases if bought before lunch, they will be posted the same day. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:I try to only charge the cost of the postage, rounded upto the nearest 10p for exaple £1.14 wll be charged at £1.20, allowing a few pence for packaging. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I ship internationally to all countrys except USA, Canada due to insurance restrictions, and the African continent due to the high scam rate from these countries. |
| Q:Are your designer clothes authentic |
|
| A:All my children's designer clothes are 100% authentic. I buy from boutiques and children's designer clothes shop, and I have all the receipts neccessary. I will always be willing to undergo a trading standards examination to prove authenticity. |
| Q:Are your measurements / sizes correct |
|
| A:I hand measure all the measurements on the listings, and they are all aproxiamte, but only possibly a couple of mm out.
