Shipping
Shipping on all UK orders is set to a default rate of £3.98 per order. A Standard Shipping Service will be used. Your order may take between 3 and 4 days to be delivered. Shipping method will usually be royal mail first class, or second class, post. It may also be shipped with parcelforce Standard Delivery Service.
Expedited delivery service is available, at a cost of £6.98 per order. Your order will be delivered within 1-2 days. Shipping method will usually Be parcelforce 24 express or 48 express, depending on your UK address postcode.
Orders received before 6.00PM Weekdays are generally shipped the next working day, unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped within TWO business days. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
Address Requirements:
We use a variety of methods for Shipping, this includes Amazon, Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48 Service for Larger Orders. However other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Please be sure that your ship to address is accurate! All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to pass this £6.50 re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. It is not our fee, it is the carriers for the extra work involved if you do not provide your full and accurate address.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday and all Public Bank Holidays are not considered delivery days.
Other Shipping Information:
We are bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered.

Please Note : Customers from overseas or outside the UK will be required to pay an additional postage supplement. If there is an additional cost we will always contact you via email to advise.
