1. How do I pay with a credit card?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can call us toll free at 1.877.536.7739 to give us your card number and billing information as ebay does not share this informaton with us.

2. Do you accept checks or money orders?

We do not at this item.

3.What is your Layaway policy?

We ask for 10% down. After you make this initial down payment, you can pay as you wish within the agreed upon layaway period. Once you pay your item off - we will ship the item to you. We do not cancel layaways but will allow you switch your purchase to another Ken's Sewing Center merchandise choice in the event you do not want to continue.

4. Do you combine shipping on your items?

YES! We gladly combine shipping to maximize your savings. Please place all your orders and wait for us to send you a combined invoice before you pay.

5. Where is my item?

We upload tracking information daily to ebay as well as have the carriers email this information to you. Please check your SPAM folders in your email in the event you do not receive your tracking number. You can also refer to your WON items in ebay and see the tracking number and carrier used there.

6. Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses?

We do unless the item is restricted for sale outside the US by our suppliers. In such cases we note this in the auction. Some our items are too large to ship to a PO box and we require a physical address. Please have your physical address listed as your shipping address to reduce delays in shipping your order. 7. Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

We do ship to Puerto Rico. Please note that Puerto Rico is considered an international destinations which means you will pay exact shipping and applicable duty fees. We cannot ship for free to Puerto Rico.

8. How do I return an item I purchased?

This seller accepts returns. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Refunds will be given as money back. The buyer pays for return shipping and 10% restocking fee. Please email us your name, address, ebay ID, item number and reason for return and we will email you back with return instructions. 9. Why do you charge a restocking fee?

We only charge restocking fees on certain items and we list this on the ad. On machinery that has to be checked out before a refund can be applied to make sure the item is on sellable condition. This takes time and resources to complete in order to assure the item can be resold. Restocking fees are waived if the item is defective.

10. What is your refund policy?

We offer money back refunds within 1st 30 days of purchase minus the actual shipping and 10% restocking fee. If you received free shipping on an item we refund your purchase price minus the actual shipping it costs us to send the item to you. Restock fee is waived if the item is defective and your allow us to cancel the item with ebay

11. I have a repair issue, how to I return if for repair?

If you are in need of any repair, service, or any warranty work on your item: * email us to request a Return Authorization * include what is wrong with the unit * your name, phone number and full address * model number and receipt number * how you paid for the item * ebay item number and email address

12. When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days of your payment. Please refer to our shipping chart in the listing for arrival times. Most areas of the Lower 48 United States can expect transit times of 2-4 business days. Orders on the west coast can anticipate 5-7 business day transit times. Please allow 1-2 additional days during peak holiday times.

13. What if my order arrives damaged?

We fully insure all items so in the event your order arrives damaged you will be taken care of. Damages must be reported to us within 7 days of your receiving your order as freight carriers require us to report this very quickly. Failure to notify us of damage will result in delay or no refund or repair.

14. Do you charges Sales Tax?

If you are a resident of Alabama there is a minimal sales tax charge of 4%. Call us if you are a resident of Alabama and see if we can pay the sales tax on your order. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipping outside the state of Alabama.

15. Will I get service after the sale?

Yes! Every item we sell comes with our toll free customer service for life. We want you to feel free to contact us anytime we can help you. We treat everyone just like a local customer.
