Faulty\Damaged\Incorrect Goods Received
In the very unlikely event that you have received faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt. We will then provide you with a returns authorisation number and once our product support team have verified the fault, we will issue you with a replacement as soon as possible at our cost. Reasonable postage cost will be reimbursed; you will be advised of the amount when we provide you with a returns authorisation number. Refunds will not be provided for faulty or damaged goods only replacements.
Unwanted/Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Please inform us of any unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods within 7 working days of receipt. We will then provide you with a returns authorisation number. Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging. For a refund the goods must be received by us unopened and in a saleable condition. Goods are returned at your own cost.
