When will my Item be dispatched?
All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day, orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched next working day. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an “Item Dispatched” email from us. Orders will only be dispatched after cleared payment has been received.
My Item is damaged?
If the item you have received is damaged or defected in any way a return may not be necessary. Please contact us with details of the damage/defect so we can resolve the problem for you immediately.
My Item Has not arrived?
Depending on the service selected upon checkout delivery times can vary, for non guaranteed deliveries we ask customers to wait a further 3 days, from the expected delivery date. When contacting us please provide your full delivery address details and a contact telephone number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Which address has my item been sent to?
All items are sent to the address you have selected at the eBay checkout stage. If you are unsure which address your item has been sent to, please click on “View Order Details” at the top of the listing page.
Can I choose an alternative shipping address?
Yes. If you need your items sent to an alternative address, please change the delivery address details on the eBay checkout stage before making payment for the item, any request to ship to alternative address after purchase will not be made and payment for items will be refunded.
I received the wrong item?
If the item you received is not what you purchased, please contact us and with the details of the incorrect item and we will resolve the problem immediately.

Can I collect my Item?
Sorry, we are unable to offer a collection service. We are a mail order company and do not have retail premises.
Do you leave feedback and when will I receive it?
Yes. Positive Feedback is left as soon as a purchase has been made.

All our items are brand new, unless otherwise stated.
Why did I receive a Non-Paying Bidder Notice from eBay? What do I need to do?
Any items that are not paid for within 10 working days you will receive a Non-Paying Bidder Notice. Please arrange to make payment for the item or contact us if you are unable to.
I paid and even received the item I purchased. Why have I received a Non-Paying Bidder Notice from eBay?
In cases like these, we have noticed that the same item may have been purchased twice by mistake. As only one item has been paid for you will continue to receive Non-Paying Bidder emails from eBay until the other transaction is paid for or cancelled. Please contact us so we can resolve this immediately.
