Once goods are in the hands of Royal Mail there is no way of us or you tracking them without paying £6+ for one of their premium services from the outset. Your goods certainly SHOULD arrive in the next few working days - over 95% certainly do as all the "speedy delivery" type comments in our feedback record testify. IF THEY DO NOT ARRIVE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS please contact (or ideally visit because many are often useless at answering the phone) YOUR LOCAL ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY/SORTING OFFICE.
If delivery was attempted but you were not in, they SHOULD leave a card, but experience has taught us they SOMETIMES DO NOT LEAVE A CARD and the goods sit on their shelves awaiting recipient contact - unbeknown to the recipient! They only hang on to undelivered goods for about two weeks, so please don't leave it too long.
If it all goes horribly wrong we WILL help, but please understand the above information; it is supplied because we do our best to help buyers on the odd occasion that things don't go as well as they should with Royal Mail.
