These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods (the "Goods") from the Karen Millen Ebay Outlet. The Goods are provided by Karen Millen Fashions Limited and these terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase the Goods from us.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the Ebay Outlet site.

We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, deliberate sabotage or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.

We try to make sure that all information on the Ebay Outlet, including descriptions of our Goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for errors on the Ebay Outlet site. You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store.

In particular you acknowledge that:

• The colours which are shown for the Goods will depend on many factors including your display settings;
• All sizes and measurements are approximate; and
• The Goods and promotions which are offered on the Ebay Outlet may not be available in-store and vice versa.

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase the Goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. We only accept payment via Paypal. An offer made by you to purchase the Goods shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when payment has been made.

Please be advised that once an item has been purchased we will require immediate payment. Please be advised that your Order will then be passed to our despatch department to be processed.

All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Our VAT number is 927 5704 05.

Please be advised that regrettably for an interim period we will be unable to offer combined postage. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this may cause.

Items will be delivered within 5 working days* of your dispatch confirmation email.

All UK parcels are sent on a next working day courier service Monday-Friday*. Items dispatched on a Friday, the item will be out for delivery on the Monday. You will receive notification from INTERLINK via email confirming the date of delivery and details of how to track your parcel.

*excludes bank holidays

All international items will be sent via the Royal Mail International Signed for service, which requires a signature on delivery. Please allow 25 days from date of postage for your item to be delivered. If after such time it hasn't arrived, please contact us.

We would like to advise our clients that we offer international shipping to the following countries

Due to a high number of people not leaving feedback, which is very important to both sellers & buyers, we have now decided to automatically leave feedback for buyers once positive feedback has been left for us. This determines that a) you have received the item, and b) that you are happy with it. Before leaving neutral/negative feedback, please contact us so we have the opportunity to try and rectify any problems.

In the extremely unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will try to resolve any complaints that you may have.
We are authorised retailers of Karen Millen products which are new with tags. We aim to offer an exceptional and reliable customer service, and to provide you with exquisite designer clothing. Please contact us if you have any issues.

At Karen Millen we are committed to protecting your details from other third party companies. We will only ever use the information that we collect about you lawfully to process your orders and provide you with the best possible service.

If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not wish to keep your item, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be accepted if the original tag remains attached. On receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment price to your Paypal account.

Please ensure that you return your item using a tracked postal service, as we can unfortunately not take responsibility for parcels that do not reach us.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale and purchase of Goods. They may only be varied where separately agreed in writing by both parties.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions shall be unaffected.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the determination of disputes.
