Returns:
You must contact us by e-mail to receive an authorization code before returning any goods.
We guarantee that all our goods are free from any defects in workmanship or
materials under normal use and we guarantee that the goods are fit for their
intended use.
You
are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application.
Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you put the goods to a use which
is not intended.
New Items:
We will refund items that are returned within 7 days from the date of
delivery of your order. Items must be returned in the same brand new and
saleable condition you received them with all labels and original packaging.
If the goods are unsuitable (don’t fit for example), a full refund for the
purchased price will be offered. In this case postage costs will not be
refunded. You will be obliged to pay the cost to return the items to us. It
may take up to 10 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive
in our warehouse.
Damaged Items:
In an unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty or have
developed fault under normal use please contact us. We don't refund used items under any circumstances. We will offer a replacement of the same item or any other item from our ebay shop. We will not offer refunds
for goods damaged by a third party, for example, baggage handlers at airports. In such case, you must file a claim with the appropriate airline or with your insurance company before leaving the airport.
We strongly recommend that you examine your luggage carefully before leaving
the airport. Damage due to mishandling by the airport staff is not covered by
our manufacturer’s warranty and we will not offer replacement or refund for
luggage damaged whilst in airline or airport possession.
Please use recorded or traceable delivery when returning an item. We will not be held responsible for items
lost in post. |
