 Q: What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
  A: At Foot Dynamics we want you to love every purchase you make from us. We sell popular brands at equally attractive prices and hope you enjoy shopping with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our return policy.
 Q: Which payment methods are you accepting?
  A: You can pay by paypal, personal cheque and postal order.
 Q: When will you charge me for my order?
  A: For paypal payments, the payment is taken when you place the order. For all other payments methods, goods will be dispatched once the payment has cleared.
 Q: Where is my order?
  A: Depending on your item and your location it may take up to 10 working days for delivery. Contact us to track the whereabouts of your order.
 Q: How long I have to wait for my order to arrive?
  A: For UK orders the standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. Please allow an extra day if busy period.
 Q: Which delivery company are you using?
  A: We use Royal Mail service. Please make sure there is someone at your address to accept the package.
 Q: Can I cancel or change my order once placed?
  A: Yes you can. To cancel or change your order please e-mail us with your request and we'll be happy to help you. If your order has been dispatched you can send it back for a refund.
 Q: What is your returns policy?
  A: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a replacement or a refund. Visit our shop for mor details.
 Q: I haven't received my order on your specified time?
  A: Please contact us urgently and we'll investigate and track the order for you.
 Q: Can you post the goods to a different address?
  A: We can only post to addresses registered with ebay and paypal for security reasons.
 Q: What will happen if there is nobody to accept the delivery?
  A: If you are not in to accept the package, the postman or delivery person should leave a calling card through your door. If there is a card you'll need to collect the package from your local delivery office or have it redelivered by them.
 Q: My goods are faulty, what should I do?
  A: If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we can't offer cash refunds for faulty goods. Visit our shop for more details.
 Q: Do you offer free returns?
  A: Due to our low postage and packaging rate we are not able to offer free returns. The return cost is payable by the customer.
 Q: How long I have to wait for my refund?
  A: Your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the day we receive the returned goods.
