A: We do accept returns. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of underwear unless it's found to be faulty; this is because of hygiene issues. Refunds will be issued on receipt of valid returns. Please return within 14 days.

A: We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment, Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturdays). Delivery is usually within 1-2 days for UK addresses, and 3-10 days for overseas addresses (depending on your location).
