Postage & Payment

KOALA PRODUCTS accepts PayPal - Postal orders - and cheque. If paying by cheque please make payable to KOALA PRODUCTS (min spend £10 for cheques). Goods will be dispatched once cheque has cleared (usually 7 working days) All other payment methods goods are dispatched next working day. Please allow 1-7 working days for delivery. KOALA PRODUCTS ships large items via couriers (CITY LINK & DHL) Please note that drivers require a signature to deliver. Smaller items are sent via royal mail(NOTICE we will not be held responsible for any orders lost whilst in poccession of ROYAL MAIL(receipts are kept for any claims on request). To be elligible for free postage your order must be £100 or over and must be emailed to sales@koalaproducts.co.uk. We will combine all your items and send you a single invoice with free postage discount included.

When you receive your invoice with your items free postage discount included, please then print off and send to the address shown on your invoice together with postal order made out to KOALA PRODUCTS.

If you order more than 1 item, but your order does not total £100 or more you will still be elligible for postage discounts (See combined carriage page for more details).

*Please note the following items are excluded from free carriage due to weight restrictions (Barrows/Trollies/Bivvies/Chairs/Bedchairs/3 and 6 Drawer system boxes.
