We always use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard to send your purchases unless otherwise stated on the listing. If you require the item urgently or wish for your item to be signed for please contact us for a quote as this will be an additional cost. we accept Cheques, Postal Orders and Paypal as forms of payments. We always obtain Proof of Postage. Please be advised if payment for any item won is not recieved within 3 Days we have the right to relist the item and cancel your transaction.

Returns Policy - If unhappy with your purchase in anyway you can return your item unused/with orginal tags (packaging seals unbroken) in good resellable condition for a full and immediate refund within 14 days of purchase, however all returns are at your own expense. We will not refund you the cost of postage to send the item/s back to us. The original postage cost is non-refundable unless faulty. We have the right to refuse refund if these terms are not met. Please contact me before returning for full details.

If you do not recieve your item, it may be located at your post office pick up point. Please contact them first to see if your item is there. We always obtain Proof of Postage. I cannot refund items lost in the post, i can however forward you the proof of postage for you to claim back from the post office and of course we will do whatever we can to help your claim.

Our postage charges include packing materials and labour, Royal Mail have recently increased Postal Costs... we will try our best to keep postage as low as possible. if you are not happy with these costs please do not bid on our items.

We have a number of wholesalers if you can't see what your looking for drop us an email we may have the item in stock just not online
