Units are shipped on business days within 24 hours (Monday - Friday ). Engines , transmissions and freight items may require an additional day to prepare.

International Shipping

USPS tracking for regular postal items (i.e. anything that is not EMI/EMS) foreign postal administration are not required to send back tracking information to originating country. And without that information USPS obviously cannot show package progress.
International orders are shipped out of the US via USPS and then turned over to your country's postal system. Shipping time is an estimate; package may arrive sooner or later than expected. There may be delays and/or fees due to your country's customs policies that we cannot anticipate. USPS tracking number will be provided upon shipment, but tracking number may not generate information at www.usps.com until package has been delivered.


Return Policy

All Sales are final. buyer is responsible for identifying and matching the part they need. or E-mail the VIN number for help.
Shipping defective item(s) must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 14 days of receipt, exchange only.
All Non-defective Returns Subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
A 25% re-stock fee will be apply for all wrong order refund and restocking items, and shipping will not be refunded.
All defective, refund and exchange items must be in original condition and package ,
all parts,engines or transmissions must not be opened or tampered, No modifications accepted.
For all defective, refund, exchange items must be return to us before we process issue.
Buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping cost.
No warranty on all labor.
No warranty on all accessory parts that come with the engine.
(example : sensor, wire, connector switch, and ect,)
