9.Termination and Cancellation
9.1JustStrut reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.

9.3If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

11.Delivery
11.1JustStrut will notify you by way of marked as dispatched when your goods are to be dispatched to you. If goods are to be delayed JustStrut will contact you.
11.2If JustStrut receives no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with standard Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

12.Returns and Exchange Policy

12.7.2Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
13.8We will be pleased to exchange your purchase subject to the following conditions.
