RETURN POLICY
If anything is ever damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately. We will do whatever it takes to make it right.
We will accept returns up to 14 days after orders are shipped. If you would like to return any item(s) for any reason, we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price (excludes initial shipping charge). As we never charge a restocking fee, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING
We do our best to offer the lowest shipping costs possible. At times, you might question why the actual cost of shipping is lower than the postage rate paid. Please keep in mind that these costs include the following:
• Actual shipping fees • Packaging material -- boxes (we do recycle/reuse as much as possible), tape, etc. • Gas/time to Post Office
All orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. While most orders will be shipped the followinig business day, all orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO CROATIA.
We will be happy to combine shipping on multiple orders! Please let us know when your order is complete (before you pay), and we will send you an invoice with the combined shipping amount. |
