Vision
Put simply we want to be able to supply a huge range of seed at prices that make them accessable and allow everyone to try something new. We will add unusual seeds of all types as time goes on.
Defra registration
We are now a Defra registered company which is a legal requirement for anyone selling vegetable seeds. Seed regulations demand high standards. We only source our seed from top quality suppliers to ensure we exceed these standards. We minimise the time we hold seeds in stock to make sure you get great products
Pictures
Each year as we grow the seeds we will update all our pictures to help you chose the varieties you want. We have already included pictures from our germination trials.
Packing of seed
We pack the seeds in sealable polythene bags and place in a labelled envelope with basic growing instructions. All our vegetable seeds are packed according to EU Seed Regulations. We also sell some heritage vegetalbe varieties packed on our behalf. If you require more details we would be delighted to help. We will have a blog to provide much more detail of each seed type.
Shipping
We ship all our seed in bubble wrap jiffy envelopes to ensure the seed is fully protected. We include a copy of the invoice so you can check you order easily. We normally ship by first class post in UK or air mail overseas at a very competive rate. Other options are available.
Types of Seed we stock
We love growing things from seed and are trialing the seeds that we sell. We will be contantly increasing the range of seeds we sell. At the moment we have focused on herbs, vegetables, wild flowers, perenials and a few annuals. There is a lot more we want to do. If you have favourites that you are looking for we will try and source them for you and add them to our collection.
