We offer several different types/lengths of warranty for our products. Which one applies to your product will be specified in the product description for the item. Below is an explanation of what each type means so that you will know whether you are covered if there is a fault with your item after a specified amount of time.

Warranty does not include accidental damage. Please note that warranty claims for items which have clearly been misused or abused (such as liquid ingress, physical damage etc) will not be accepted.

None - Items listed as Spares/Repair, Incomplete, Faulty, Untested

These products will be explicitly advertised as being defective/untested/faulty via description or invoice. Products under this criteria are sold as-is and cannot be returned unless they are found to be physically different to how they are advertised.

30-Day/3-Month/6-Month/12-Month Respectively

The warranty begins on the date of invoice. If an item develops a fault during the advertised warranty period which is not due to abuse/misuse or caused by another component then the item will be eligible for replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: Goods may only be returned subject to agreement and RMA code issue and will be checked thoroughly for faults upon return.
