Returns are unconditionally accepted with a full refund of the bidding/purchase price if returned unworn with the original packaging & labels intact so that the items are able to be resold in their original condition and packaging. Postage and handling costs cannot be refunded.
This policy applies to items wrongly sized or that don't fit. We have to rely on the sizes shown on the garment and these can vary. The sizes we quote in our descriptions are always those shown on the garment or tags. In our descriptions we advice customers that these sizes may vary and that you should contact for further information if required. If in doubt don't bid or purchase the goods on a buy it now.
The cost of postage for returning items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you purchase items of hosiery, we are unable for hygiene reasons to accept returns if the packaging has been opened. We are also unable to accept returns on intimate items of lingerie such as thongs etc. if they have been tried on. This includes sets that such items may form a part of.
For your own protection please ensure that items are either returned by recorded delivery or that you obtain proof of posting. If we do not receive the goods back, it is your responsibility to make a claim against Royal Mail.
The above policy applies to items returned within seven days of receipt.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please inform us and we will send a pre-paid return envelope and on receipt if the goods are not of merchantable quality we will give a full refund including postage and handling costs. |
