TO CHECK BRA FITTING. To ensure a correct bra fit do the following:
Whilst wearing a bra, use a a tape measure wrapped firmly around your rib cage, under the bottom bra edge. Add 4 to 5 inches to that measurement to arrive at an equal number ( 32, 34, 36 etc ) to determine your bra size
To determine your cup size, measure over the fullest part of your bust. The difference between this measurement and the bra size you just got from doing the above will be your proper cup size. If the measurement is the same your cup size is A, 1" your cup size is B, 2" your cup size is C, 3" , your cup size is D, 4" , your cup size is DD, 5" , your cup size is E, 6" .
Another Way Of Finding Your Bra Size
Measure in inches around your back and under your bust, making sure to hold the tape firmly. If your measurement is an even number, add 4 inches. eg. 30" + 4" = 34", so 34" is your correct bra size.
If your measurement is an odd number, add 5 inches. eg. 31" + 5" = 36", so 36" is your correct bra size.
To Find Your Cup Size
Make sure that the tape is around the fullest part of your bust, and is level. Then compare this measurement with your bra size and then check against the chart below.
