9 - Changes to Products & Prices
All prices are subject to adjustment including any changes to the rate of VAT.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw products and their specification at any time.
10 - Your Contract with Us
When you place an order online with this site you are making an offer to buy goods. We will then send you an email acknowledging that we
have received your order.
Once we have checked stock availability and prices we will send you our dispatch email to confirm we have accepted the order and that a
contract has been made with us. It is only on the dispatch of the goods and our acceptance of your order that we will take payment from you.
When a delivery is delayed due to stock availability or unforeseen factors (including pricing errors), we will advise you of delay within
24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide an estimate of the likely dispatch date and allow you to cancel your order if this is
unacceptable. We will not take your payment at this stage nor will there be a contract with us.
If goods are no longer available we will advise you of this by email, and there will be no contract between us.
11 - Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. To do so, please email us or write to us

Contact Details] giving a brief outline of the reasons for which you are rejecting
the goods. To cancel the goods you must return them to us at your own expense ensuring they are packaged adequately to prevent
damage in transit. If you prefer us to arrange collection we will make arrangements with our carriers and deduct the cost of carriage
(which is equivalent to the dispatch carriage cost) from your refund.
If you fail to return the goods we will collect them and deduct the cost of collection from your refund. Also, if you fail to take reasonable
care of the goods before they are returned to us and damage or deterioration occurs we will charge you for their reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If the goods are in any way defective you should contact us immediately.
We will deal with this in accordance with your legal rights.
