Returns/Exchanges:
Missing or Incorrect Items: Occasionally an error occurs and we forget to include an
item or send the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will gladly
resolve the problem.
Commonly
asked Question: I meant to order a different flavor, how can I exchange this for the flavor that I want?
Answer:
We enclose a packing slip and on the reverse side of the packing slip includes
all of the return/exchange information. Just fill out that slip and send it
back along with the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
Exchanges:
- Buyer responsible for our
return shipping for all exchanges; make sure to fill out the packing slip
to avoid any delays, include packing slip with exchange. Product must not
have safety seal broken.
Calculating
Refunds/Restocking Fees:
- Any unopened item in original
condition that is returned within 14 days of receipt: 80% of item's price.
- Any item that appears to
be tampered with: 30% of item's
price.
Items
that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All products with safety
seals that have been broken.
