|If you are purchasing more than one item you can "Request invoice from seller" within eBay and we will combine the postage
for the items. This will usually not be more than £8.50 for any order within the UK, but some larger bulky items (e.g. flight cases)
may cost more.|
|We are only able to ship goods to the address specified on the PayPal payment details at the time the order is placed.
This is in line with PayPal and eBay's terms and conditions. We are not able to change the address after an order has been placed.
If you would like the order shipped to a seperate address then please register that address with PayPal before placing your order.
If you do select the incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have not been shipped we can refund your
payment and cancel the order so you can place it again with the correct address. If the goods have already been shipped then we will
treat the order as a cancellation under the distance selling regulations and will process a refund when the goods are returned to us
by the delivery service.|
|ROYAL MAIL POST TO UK|
|All items sent out by post are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service. Royal Mail do not track this service, and
are only able to give details when a delivery attempt is made. Royal Mail also do not accept instructions such as "leave with neighbour".
You will receive a despatch notification email when your item is shipped and this will have the 13-digit reference number on it.
You can then check the Royal Mail website at track.royalmail.com for updates
and Proof of Delivery.|
|Royal Mail do not offer any delivery guarantees for 1st or 2nd class post, although generally 1st class post arrives within 1-3
working days and 2nd class post usually arrives in 3-5 working days. Royal Mail do not consider 1st or 2nd class post to be lost or
delayed until 15 working days after it has been posted, and they will not enter into any correspondence about items until after this
point. If your item is taking longer than you would expect to arrive, please contact us and we will attempt to locate the item with Royal
Mail. If the item does appear to be lost in the post we can ship a replacement, subject to available stock and the buyer agreeing to
certain terms and conditions. Please contact us for details.|
|DELIVERY BY COURIER|
|We use DPD as our main courier and the standard delivery is 2-3 working days. If you require the goods delivered next day,
please contact us before ordering as some goods are not available for next day shipment, estimated delivery times can be viewed in the
'Postage and payments' section of the listing.|
|The standard courier price shown on listings is for courier delivery within the UK Mainland. Shipment to the Scottish Highlands,
Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will be more expensive. Please contact us for a delivery quote
to these areas. We will try our best to provide the cheapest shipping quote we can to these areas.|
|We also ship some items by Fedex and City-Link and reserve the right to change our courier service depending on operational need.
If you have a particular preference for a courier service please contact us and we will try to help, but there may be additional costs.|
|All items we ship require a signature on delivery and we are not able to instruct couriers to leave goods in a safe place unsigned for.
We can instruct them to leave the goods with a neighbour if you are out, please let us know. DPD will send you an email with an estimated
delivery time on it, on the morning of your delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver your item they will leave a card detailing how to
rearrange delivery. If you have any problems with your courier delivery please contact us and we will contact the courier company to resolve
|SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU|
|We are able to ship most items within the EU. Please contact us for a carriage quote.|
|Small, light items will be shipped out by Royal Mail International Signed For mail. Royal Mail do not offer any guarantees for
transit time on this service and do not consider any item to be lost or overdue until 15 working days after the item is despatched.
Please contact us if the item is delayed. Royal Mail are only able to provide tracking within the UK postal service. Once International
post is handed over to the destination postal service Royal Mail only provide a delivery notification.|
|Larger items will be shipped by courier. We use DPD / Geopost or Fedex Express for our European delivery service. Please contact
us for a shipping quote.|
|Please Note: Due to the magnetic nature of speaker drivers there are some restrictions on what can be air-freighted.
This can increase the courier charge and delivery time to some further parts of the EU.|
|We are unable to ship certain fragile items, such as some light-bulbs, outside the UK. Please contact us for details.|
|COURIER OR POSTAL DAMAGE|
|YOU MUST CHECK YOUR PACKAGE ON RECEIPT - IF THERE IS ANY SIGN OF DAMAGE POINT THIS OUT TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER AND MARK THIS ON THE
DELIVERY NOTE. IF YOU SIGN FOR IT AS HAVING BEEN RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION THEN IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND
WE WILL BE UNABLE TO MAKE CLAIMS FOR ANY DAMAGE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CHECK, ASSUME IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND WRITE 'DAMAGED'
NEXT TO YOUR SIGNATURE AND CROSS OUT 'RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION'.|
|YOU MUST NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS -
AFTER THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH CLAIMS FOR COURIER DAMAGED ITEMS.|

AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER RECEIPT. SPEAKER DRIVERS MAY SUFFER TRANSIT DAMAGE THAT IS NOT APPARENT FROM A VISUAL INSPECTION.|
