      RETURN/REFUND POLICY  

Please read this information carefully before bidding for an item. My policy is taken directly from the guide for the Office of Fair Trading.

Auction Items will only be refunded if there is a flaw in the garment or the wrong item is sent out.

I will not refund if the item simply does not fit so please read carefully any measurements given in the listing and ask for more information if the measurements/information you need is not in the listing. A good way to find out if something is suitable is to actually measure a garment you already have which is a good fit on you and compare measurements rather than just relying on the size as different makes can be different sizes. 

BUY IT NOW ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE provided they are returned in exactly the condition in which they were sent so it doesn't matter if they don't fit or you just change your mind. Outward postage is refunded but return postage will not be refunded as my business is too small to absorb these costs. I will only refund return postage if the item sent is flawed or the wrong item is sent. (PLEASE NOTE THAT IN CASES WHEREBY I AM LIABLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE COSTS I WILL ONLY PAY FOR RECORDED DELIVERY RETURN I WILL NOT PAY THE COSTS OF SPECIAL DELIVERY AS MY BUSINESS DOES NOT MAKE ENOUGH TO ABSORB THESE COSTS)

Returned goods should be sent recorded delivery as this is traceable and should these items go astray it is much easier for the sender to get compensation from the post office.  Please let me know when it is posted so I know to expect it as some ebayers in the past have changed their minds and not posted the item back.

I have recently received negatives from an ebayer who does not reply to my emails and is uncontactable by phone claiming not to have received her refund. Both Paypal and ebay have confirmed to me that she has received her refund. Please note refunds go directly to your Paypal account they are not recredited on credit cards.
