Just 4 U sells ladies clothing from size 8 to 46. It is a small business, just myself. I sell clothes from high street stores. I also stock fair trade clothing from Blue Port. Blue Port do not mass produce, each Blue Port style is made in a limited numbers.
FEEDBACK
I have automated my feedback system to give me more time to deal with the many things involved in running an ebay shop.
Feedback is not given until the customer leaves feedback. It used to be given immediately on payment however this caused me to get negative feedback. A customer put on the note section for Paypal payment that he didn't want feedback but of course the moment he sent the payment he got feedback. So I got negative feedback even though I explained it was out of my control.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
As soon as I receive your payment you will receive an automated email. You will also receive an automated email when your item is dispatched. If you have received an email confirming dispatch but your item has not arrived please refer to the Royal Mail web site for delivery times. The Royal Mail do not accept that a first/second class item is lost until 15 working days after it was posted; for items going abroad it is 20/25 days depending on where it is going to. In cases such as this I will follow it up provided that you agree to fill in the relevant forms. Please note that with recorded delivery the item is signed for making it trackable so you may not be contacted to fill in a form by the Post Office on items sent recorded delivery.
