Terms & Conditions
All sales are final. By clicking on the ‘Buy It Now’ button you are entering into a contract to make a purchase, so please try to make all selections carefully. International customers are responsible for all import customs and taxes. By law we are not able to lower the price of parcels.
All items are photographed by us but we can not be held responsible for a colour not appearing the same. Please be aware of your colour selection before purchasing.
All items are as described by the manufacturer, we retail products and do not manufacture them. We do not hold any responsibility for any product that does not live up to the manufacturers claim i.e. a curling mascara does not curl. Please take all such claims up with the manufacturer stating when are where purchased. However, do feel free to contact us first about the product, so that we may be able to assist you in making sure that you are using the product correctly.
Items are posted via Royal Mail and we follow their guideline for damaged or lost parcels. We do not send replacements/make refunds until after 15 working days (21 actual days) for UK buyers, and 21 working days (30 actual days) for international customers.
Customers who do not follow these rules will be blocked from further purchases.
We may and sometimes do hold items which may be smaller than retail size. These items may contain wording on them which may state 'Item not for Individual Sale'. This will clearly be stated on the listing. These items have been purchased by us and hence we sell them on. They sometimes can represent better value for money than full sized products. Please be aware of all sizes before making your purchase selections. We can not be held responsible where we have clearly stated the size of the product on the listing but where you have failed to read the description carefully.

Payment
Payment is due 3 days after purchase. If you're having problems making your payment please contact us as soon as you can. Automatic processing of non payment rules will occur after 7 days of non payment.

We accept Paypal, credit/debit cards through Paypal, cheques & postal orders.
Details for cheques and postal orders are made available upon checkout.

Please note : Paypal echeques take 10 days to clear. We will not post out parcels until payment has cleared (this also includes uncrossed postal orders which are classed as cheques and take the usual time for clearing within the bank). |
International Buyers
We accept Paypal only.

Shipping
All items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail. Parcels will be shipped within 3 days of payment, unless there is a problem with the order on which we would contact you to discuss. Parcels can only be sent to the address showing in ebay upon payment, so please make sure the correct address is showing before making payment. We will not send to any other address than the ebay address for security reasons, with no exceptions. We do not ship to Italy and will only send full sized items which are in their original retail packaging to buyers within Germany - this will be stated on the listing. Shipping to Brazil is only via Airsure (an additional £5.10 to normal shipping costs.
Shipping Discounts
We do offer postal discounts of up to 85% when you buy more than one item. Discounts depends on the weight and price of the item. Postal discounts are calculated automatically for you when you checkout, so there is no need for you request an invoice. Our system will always charge for the most expensive postal item first, and then every additional item will be calculated at its discounted rate.
Our shipping prices are not negotiable and are as stated on the listings. If any customers change their mind after they have purchased then we, at our discretion, are eligible to charge a cancellation fee, restocking fee and relisting fee for all items purchased. This fee will be be based on the number of items bought and time spent in dealing with your order.
Dispatch and guaranteed delivery
We send a dispatch notification upon the posting of your parcel. Most parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st class standard post, which is usually 1-2 working days. If you require a guaranteed delivery we suggest you ask for an upgrade to Special Delivery which is also available for an extra fee. We may, at our discretion, choose to send parcels via a recorded service. A recorded delivery service is available for all customers at a charge of 75p.
Return Policy
Due to health and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any makeup, skincare or lingerie purchase. In the rare instance you have received an incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and please do not test or open the seal/packaging of your product. If you have an issue with your item, please contact us so that we can try our best to rectify the problem. Any product opened or tested will invalidate the return policy. Customers are responsible for all postage costs unless we have made an error. Buyers do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of purchases and we reserve the right to deduct any costs associated with repair or losses caused by this. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding the right to cancel a contract.
What to do if you don't receive your parcel
For all 1st class standard parcels please allow 15 working days (21 actual days) for UK parcels and 21 working days (30 actual days) for International parcels. We ask all customers to wait the specified time before informing us that a parcel has not arrived as this gives time for a parcel to be returned in case their was a problem with the delivery. You are more than welcome to check with your local sorting office within this time to see if they are holding the parcel for you or to ask us if we sent your parcel by recorded delivery which would require a signature, which we sometimes do at out discretion. This could mean that the parcel is waiting for you at your local sorting office.
If your item was sent by recorded delivery, as specified by the listing, and it hasn't arrived within 4-5 working days since we sent you a dispatch notification then please do check with your local sorting office to see if they have it. If they haven't then please do inform us immediately so that we can check the tracking information. If a customer fails to collect a recorded delivery from their local sorting office and it is returned back to us, then we will make a recharge for postage or if the customer wishes, make a refund for the product price (but not the postage) and cancel the item. Sometimes Royal Mail do not leave a 'while you were out' calling card so customers can be unaware that there is a package waiting for them. However, as we always send a dispatch notification to the customer, it is up to the customer to check with their local sorting office and/or with us within 4-5 days of the dispatch notification, to avoid the package being sent back to us. Please be aware that if the item is being sent recorded delivery that you need to check with your local sorting office if the parcel has not arrived with 4-5 working days of our dispatch notification. We do not email the tracking information to customers upon dispatch, however, if you require this then please do not hesitate to contact us and we can provide you with this.
If your parcel has not arrived within these timescales then please do contact your local sorting office first and then if the parcel is not there please contact us via ebay messages.
Please do bear in mine that PARCELS CAN GET DELAYED AND ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL ONCE THEY ARE POSTED. If you have not requested an upgrade to recorded delivery or Special Delivery then we are not able to dispatch a replacement parcel to you until after Royal Mails lost post policy as specified above.
